How do I save (many at once) contacts that are attached to an e-ma

More than 100 contacts as attachments in e-mail need to be saved in my
Outlook Contacts. Is there an easy way to do this?

Seems like Outlook 2000 was a drag and drop situation but 2003 doesn't work?
