How do I save my bullet settings in MS Word 2003?

I am a IS technician at Harley-Davidson. This last summer we distributed
Office 2003 to our environment users. We've had a few bugs and issues, but
nothing major. My main question is that I have a user who can't save his
settings in MS Word 2003. He uses bullets often, and he always has to
re-configure the bullet settings. Is there anyway to save these type of
settings so he can be productive?
