How do I scroll 1000 names during relay for life presentation?

I need to help setup the names of cancer survivors and those who died from
cancer during the upcoming relay for life. The names will be in excel
format. Would like to use either FrontPage, PowerPoint or Publisher? We
want the names to scroll during the luminary on a screen.

1000 "records" of names is a lot to load into any presentation Helen.
Performance issues are going to crop up.

It sounds like you're using a projector and a screen?

enabling FrontPage to be used.
