How do I select multiple items in a listbox?

I have a file browsing userform with a listbox containging filenames. The
listbox MultiSelect property is 2 (extended) but I can use 1 if necessary.

I want to add a button for "invert selection". To do this I need to be able
to select or deselect each item in the listbox.

I'm using Word 2003 in Windows XP.

Any advice would be very welcome.
