How do I send a contact from 2003 to 2007?

I've sent many vcards out in Outlook 2003 to others. Now I send it and the
Office 2007 users do not see it at all (running XP both ends). just a message
with no content or attachment. Is there something going wrong? I use HTML for
the format of the mail meessage. ANy help would be appreciated.
