How do I send a distribution list to a colleague

I have a distribution list on my outlook contacts. I am trying to send this
distribution list to a colleague to allow him to store it in his contacts as
well.

Insert it as an Outlook Item in a message in RTF format. Assuming they are
also using Outlook, they can just open and save to put it in their default
Contacts Folder.
