How do I send a fax without having to pay for it?

I would like to use my computer to fax. I think it's very convenient not
having to get up and go to the fax machine while I can just fax my document
by using my computer. Is there any way that I can do this by not having
another bill?

Sneak into a neighbour's house, plug your computer into their phone line,
