Hi,

Via email?

Use the menu items: File| Send to| Mail Recipient (as attachment). Else,
I've missed your point.

Please tell us your PowerPoint version,
whether you are using vba,
whether your dog has fleas, or
anything else relevant.

GLENN,

Sorry for not being more relevent. I'm new to this sort of thing and
sometimes I think that people know what I am talking about. Yes the
presentation is to be sent by e-mail. If I use what you put down will it
work. Also have no clue what vba is or means. I believe the answer to the
question of which version is Office 2003. If I send as an attachment would
the presentation be sent as it appears on my computer? And last but not least
no, all 5 of my dogs do not have fleas. But thanks for asking. Again any
reply would be of great help.

Hi ECfan,

Glad to hear about the dogs.

The presentation file (extension PPT) will be sent to you using the method
that Glen described. But there are sometimes files that need to be bundled
along with the presentation (depending on how the objects were
embedded/linked). A very rare picture, most sounds and all movie files are
linked to the PPT file rather than included inside the PowerPoint file
itself, so these will not work on a different computer where those exact
links do not exist (there are ways to make this work, but you need to plan
for it before inserting the items).

But, as I sit here gazing into my snow globe, I'm thinking that the
question you are really asking is not about emailing the presentation, but
about getting the presentation to run automatically in your (or anyone's)
inbox. If this is correct, could you post back?

By the way, what type/breed of dogs?

eericclaptonfan,

I figured it would get the message across about people needing to tell us
more than they often tell us <grin>.
