How do i seperate e mail accounts/multiple instances issue

I just installed Entourage 2008 and for some reason its opening itself up twice: one window titles On My Computer and the second On My computer 2

How did i do this and how do i get rid of it?

The other thing i wanted to know is:

have set entourage up for my hotmail, gmail and yahoo accounts.

Is there any way to set my gmail and yahoo to separate tabs ie. the same way my hotmail account has its separate view. Rather than click inbox and get gmail and yahoo together in a consolidated inbox.

Its late i hope that made sense.

Thanks in advance. :)

Just close the second window by clicking on the red button.

You just created a new window that was a copy of an open window so it added
the 2 to the name.

Hotmail is set up as IMAP. It sounds like you have your Gmail and Yahoo set
as POP. You can change by making new accounts, but you can also use Rules
and the Mailing List Manager to help organize your mail.

See this page for help setting up your accounts.

POP and IMAP are two protocols that mail programs use to access mail stored
on remote computers. More info:
