How Do I Set a "Reply-To" Address in Entourage X?

I'm sending out messages from a particular account, but want them set so
that replies will go to another account of mine. I cannot find a spot to
enter or select a "Reply To" address for these messages. I've searched
Entourage's help file, but it was most... Unhelpful. Even Apple's Mail can
do this, so surely there's a way to do it in a "pro" app like Entourage?

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

Have you considered creating a special account just for when you need
to send mail with this Reply-To?

I suppose that's what I'll have to do. But c'mon, folks, this is pretty bad.
What good reason is there for not having this be an on-the-fly option, as it
is in every other email program I've ever used?
