How do I set Office default user information with Group Policy

The User Information Name and Initials set in Options-User Information
defaults to the name provided during installation and can be changed per
user. Is there a way to set this in AD Group Policy so it is populated by the
current user logged onto the computer. The user information also appears in
Excel.
