How do I set the contact "file as" field as the default email search field

I need to be able to set the "file as" field as the
default format to show when selecting names for emailing.
The default is "full name" and I cannot find a way to
change this.

Can anyone help

I am using Outlook 2002.
When creating a new email message and selecting the "to"
icon to select recipients a list of names is provided to
select from. This list is sorted and shown based upon
the "full name" from the Outlook contact list eg: Fred J.
Brock.
I wish to set the default list to be based upon the "File
as" name eg: Brock, Fred J. as set within Outlook and shown
as the default in the outlook contact list

Go to Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or
address books > Outlook Address Book > Change. > Set your sort order there
