How do I set up a Jeopardy game using Powerpoint?

I want to setup a Jeopardy game using Powerpoint for a class presentation.
Does anyone know how to start this?

I have a sample game made for three teams on my web site, but it is down
right now for some maintenance. I would be more than happy to send the
zipped file directly to you. It uses VBA so you would have to make sure
your macro virus protection is set to MEDIUM. All you have to do is to save
the file, unzip it, open PowerPoint, open the file, type your questions and
answers, and it is ready to go. I believe I included a readme file in the
zipped file as well. Let me know if you want me to send it to you directly.

Services" link then click "PowerPoint Game Samples".
