How do i set up a jpg picture by Insert Merge Field commands ?

I am trying to using jpg picture in my word ( 2007 ) document using merge
field command with linking a Access Database.But i just found the picture
name i,e picture file name,insted of the desigered picture of my document
which i uploaded in my Access Database.I think i make some mistake,but can't
solve it.

Could u tell me how can i solved my problem?
