How do I set-up for tractor feed plant labels in publisher

I do not even know if it is possible ... I have been unsuccessful to date

I am trying to set up my own program to print labels
4.5" long and .5 high
they are tractor fed ...connected to each other top-to-bottom with no space
between
I want to print 3 small lines in 3 1/2" of the space

I can set up the text part but getting the labels to tractor fed instead of
sheet feed is the issue

Have you tried your printer manufacturer's web site for support? Okidata and others
have pretty good support documents.
