how do i set up my email address?

i just set up my computer. i do not have a email address i would to to send
people emails but i do not have a account set up are know how to set up a new
accont?

Open Outlook or Outlook Express if you have not installed Outlook.
On the Tools menu select Accounts

Add the details of your email account (usually provided by your ISP)

Your ISP should have a page telling you how to setup your email

You need to get that info from your ISP - internet service provider'
Who will also supply you the info, or supply a disk, to setup your mail app,
usually outlook express.
