how do i set up my fax ?

i need to set up my fax on outlook but am missing a file needed to do this
but don't have my windows xp cd where can i get the file on windows ?

Since you are unable to install the standard FAX program, then go buy
another 3rd party FAX program. While the install should be easy, read
the instructions carefully. When you do this, you will learn that the
FAX program is not limited to, nor designed in particular for, Outlook.
