How do I set up outlook as my main default email program vs hotmai

It has been a long time since I have used outlook for mail. After selecting
pop 3 I need the infor to enter for pop3 and smtp. Also this is the first
time I have used a high speed should I choose something other than pop3? I
want outlook as a default mail so I can practice using it for the business
world.

You get the server names from your provider. What ISP are you using for your
connection? They may have a website that gives you all the info you need.
