How do I setup automated Phone usage

I have purchased a new AOpen FM56-PX Fax/Modem/Voice card for my system so I could use the computer to make automated calls out of MS Access 2003 under the XP Operating System. The phone/fax/modem all work seperately using the current Fax/Talk software. When I am in MS Access and place the cursor on the telephone number field it will use another phone system called AutoDialer instead of the Fax/Talk software. It does however show the AOpen FM56-PX modem as the primary device being used to make the call. The package it keeps trying to execute is Phone Dialer. How do I change it to Fax/Talk form Phone Dialer

Does anyone have any suggestions
