How do I share contacts with my secretary computer?

On your machine:
Go to contacts
View
navigation pane on
Share my contacts
Permissions
Add
Pick Assistant name from list
Add
Click read items
Apply
OK

On assistant machine:
Go to contacts
View
Navigation pane on
Open shared contacts
Pick name from list
OK
Contacts will appear under "other contacts"

I could not make it work between two machines with different version
of Outlook
