How do I show Contact subfolders when email To: button is clicked

Is there a way to have Outlook 2007 show the entire folder list under My
Contacts
when the TO: button is clicked in the New Mail Message form?

The address book view will show each folder that you have enabled as an
email address book (look in the Properties of the Folder)
