How do I start putting together a PowerPoint presentation?

I have downloaded Microsoft Office 2003, and I need to start preparing a
PowerPoint presentation. Where do I go to even start?

Have you downloaded PowerPoint (something you would have had to purchase),
or have you downloaded the Viewer (something that is totally free). If the
latter, then you need to buy a copy of PowerPoint to be able to create
presentations. If the former, then you might check out tutorials at:
