How do I stop Enter Network Password popup

When I installed Micosoft office 2003 on to my XP machine I continuously get
a popup requesting me to enter my network id (with password).
The fields are already filled in so I can just hit enter but this pops up in
the middle of what ever I am doing and is extremely annoying.
How do I make this stop?
