each time I start Excell 2003 there is a delay while the program does the
following:
"Installing Microsoft Excel Features"
I have repaired and reinstalled Office 2003 multiple times trying to correct
the problem.
All Office 2003 programs, except Powerpoint, go through the "preparing to
install"screen when starting the program
