how do I synchronize Outlook contacts and Motorola phone tool

I have Motorola Phone Tools versioon 4.0 which works well with my Motorola V3
phone. However I cannot get contacts to synchronise my phone contacts from MS
Outlook 2007. Phone Tools should place a synch button on the Outlok tool bar
but this did not happen. Is the sychronising possible with Outlook 2007?

Has the program been updated for OL2007? Check with the manufacturer.
