How do I Syncronize my HH with Outlook

I tried to syncronize my hand held with my PC for the first time. All went
well with the exception of the contacts. This failed but not before several
contacts were duplicated in Outlook. I Have a Treo 600, a Windows XP home
computer, and I'm using Cappura Pocket Mirror
