how do I tranfer outlook contacts to personal address book?

I want to transfer my contacts to my address book but am having no luck. any
suggestions

What address book where, and what version of Outlook?

The Personal Address Book service is long obsolete. Contacts belong in
Contacts folders. Leave them there.
