How do I transfer old contacts in another computer to new compute

I have an old computer with outdated Outlook......I want to download those 400+
contacts/names etc. to my new Outlook and New computer.

On old machine:
Close Outlook.
Search for, and copy your *.pst file
Transfer to new machine. Do NOT overwrite any existing pst file.
On New machine:
Open Outlook
Do File-open-outlook data file and navigate to where you copied the old
file.
Then either set the old file as default delivery location, or copy your data
to the new pst file.
