How do I translate a document from French to English?

I need to transelate documents on a regular basis and I do not speak french.
I need to know how to translate a document from french to english. PLEASE
HELP!!!!

Hire a translator; or find a local agency/language school;
most software will translate word-by-word, the result will vary from
laughable to downright insulting.
