How do i turn off My Day

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: imap

Every time I restart my computer, the My Day application starts up automatically. I don't use it and don't want it. How do I disable it?

Control click My Day in the dock and uncheck open at login, this sometimes
doesn't work, you can try to uncheck it in the My Day preferences, uncheck
open after computer logon. If this doesn't work, trash the plist file
com.microsoft.myday.plist from Hard Drive/Users/Your User (house
symbol)/Library/Preferences
