How do I turn Outlook 2003 Journal function back on?

I mistakenly turned off Journal. Think I unchecked all the boxes. Anyway,
now Journal does not record any of my Word, Excel, etc. sessions.

Have you checked the options in the Tools menu > Options > Journal dialog?

Yes I did. Under Tools menu > Options there is no longer a menu item,
Journal dialog

My mistake. Sorry. I did look at the Tools menu > Options > Journal. Word,
Excel, PPT are checked. Activity is not being recorded in Outlook Journal,
however.
