fTo type Hebrew vowels, keep your OS & Word in English, but choose the
"Hebrew" font. Use SHIFT+ any of the keys on the numbers row (including ~ and
+), plus {,} and | are all Hebrew vowels. Use the onboard keyboard for the
exact layout. Some other standard fonts also have the Hebrew aleph-bet,
including vowels, but they usually require using the advanced input codes.
To put your computer into Hebrew 'mode', goto 'Regional and Language
Options' in the Control Panel. If you haven't already done so, on the
'Languages' tab, select 'Install files for ... right-to-left...', hit Apply.
Then click the 'Details' button to 'Add' the an additional input language.
Look around these dialog boxes for other options like setting up the language
shortcut bar and such.
