I have hidden a column in MS Project. How do I unhide it. I try to select
the columns surrounding the hidden column and right click but there is not an
option for unhide.

Thanks

Hello Chris,
Insert the column that you hidden : Insert / Column

When I click Insert/Column, the titles of the columns I created are not on
the list, only the titles I initially used to create the column (the
predefined ones). Where are the titles I created? I hid my columns just to
make the task list easier to print, expecting that hiding and unhiding these
columns would be similar to hiding and unhiding columns in Excel. Is that
wrong conceptually?

Hi Sue,

Yes, titles disappear when you "hide" columns that way.
If you want to save your titles you have 2 options
1. Reduce the column width to 0 instead of using "hide"; make reappear by
dragging to a visible width
2. (Works only for custom fields) through tools, customize, fields, rename
the column.

Hi Sue,

If you go to Tools/Organizer.../Fields tab you will see the customized
fields you made and their original names. This might help in their
regeneration. Also, you might like to see FAQ Item: 11. Hidden Column.
