How do I uninstall Office XP without having the cd or disks?

My version of Office XP became corrupted and when I clicked on repair, I was
prompted to insert the office xp professional cd. I couldn't locate that cd
so I upgraded to office professional 2003. I was unable to uninstall office
xp because I keep getting prompted to insert that cd which I can't find. Any
solutions?
