Outlook Express is integrated with Microsoft Windows 2000.
To remove Outlook Express, you must also remove the Operating System.

The Steps to remove both OE and Win 2000:
1. Insert a bootable floppy into the floppy drive
2. Reboot your computer
3. At the command prompt, type: " Format C: " (without the quotes)
4. Install an Operating System that does not have Outlook Express
integrated, such as:
DOS, or Windows 3.1, or Windows 95, or Linux
