Firstly please do not SHOUT - it makes your post difficult to read and
somepeople consider it rude.

Are you trying to use a time-expired trial version?

Prizila, on the Usenet (where your message was posted), typing in "All
Caps" is like SHOUTING LOUDLY. In addition, it is considered to be
very rude. You won't get many responses to your message until you
post a message in mixed-case (like this post).

Anyway, try activating your software. Just open any Office program,
and click "Help" in the Menu, then choose "Activate Product...".

If you are unable to activate over the Internet, you will get a
message on the screen giving you a phone # to call. There is no
telephone company charge to make that call, nor does Microsoft charge
you for activating your product. Make sure you talk to a living
person, and tell them your problem.
