I have two monitors set up ith my desktop and ant to work on two seperate
Power Point presentations side by side - unlike WORD and EXCEL which allow
this, Power Point does not appear to and only handles two views of the same

Which version of PowerPoint do you have? (i.e. Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003)

PowerPoint is a single instance application, so you can only have one copy of it
running at a time. However, you can open two different presentations from
within the single instance. The trick is to be able to see them side by side.

1. Open PowerPoint and stretch the window width-wise to extend across both
screens.
2. Open both of your presentations.
3. Go to the Windows menu on the toolbar and click on "Arrange All".
4. Now adjust the window size to suit your work style.
