How do I view Hebrew in Outlook?

English is my default language but I can type and view files in Hebrew,
Arabic, French and English. How can I view email messages in Hebrew, since
they all arrive as gibberish?

I believe that you will need to purchase the Hebrew version of Outlook or
Office
