How do you change the language of Office 2003?

I use microsoft office with work and I would want to change the language to
english for my own use. Now i use Norwegian version but I need to change the
userinterface to english if possible. Does anyone know where I can download
the english userinterface for Microsoft Office 2003?

The menu language in most Office localized versions,
such as Norwegian, is not changeable for retail products.
