How do you create libraries of boilerplate clauses?

A law office needs to create libraries of boilerplate clauses in Word. How
do you set this up?

Several possibilities - autotext and the includetext field are obvious
contenders.
You might like to investigate GhostTyper
http://www.sc-data.de/ghosttyper/en/index.php3 which is a great means to add
prepared texts to any application including Word.
