How do you display the full message header

I am in receipt of spam I need to report - but I am unable
to figure out how to display the full message header so
that I can forward it??

Please respond to me directly asap. I am running Outlook
2000

Right click on message and select Options. The internet header is at the
bottom (you can select it with the mouse and then press ctrl + c to get it
onto the clipboard for pasting into a new message.)
