It's not a good idea to publish your email address where spammers can get
hold of it. Your question may be better answered in a newsgroup appropriate
to your problem. This newsgroup is dedicated to the Microsoft Access
database product. The Microsoft website is not all that clear and may have
misdirected you.

Well... you're asking in the wrong place. Microsoft Access(TM) is a database
program in the Office Pro suite, and this newsgroup is a volunteer,
peer-support forum for that program. It's hosted by Microsoft but nobody from
Microsoft monitors the group, and certainly nobody from Flight Sim.

Also, it's traditional to "ask here, come here for the answers" (in this and
in other newsgroups). Requesting private email support is frowned upon.

Point your newsreader to alt.games.microsoft.flight-sim; that's again a public
newsgroup, not Microsoft's, and I have no idea what's there, but there may be
some kindred souls who might be able to help.
