* Create a folder on your desktop.
* In Entourage, select all your contacts (Edit>Select All, or Cmd+A) and
drag them to the folder on your desktop. The folder will now contain .vcard
files, one for every contact in your Entourage address book.
* Open Address Book.
* Select all the .vcard files in the folder on your desktop and drag them
into Address Book.

This solution is ideal for a one-time import; if you would like to use both
address books at the same time, you can enable Sync Services in Entourage's
preferences to keep both address books synchronised, i.e. if you make
changes to a contact in Entourage, these changes will also be made in
Address Book and vice-versa.
