how do you import messages from outlook express6 (pc) into entourage 10.0.0

I have tried importing data from my outlook express6 for pc into
entourage and mail but it's not recognising the format. All the
messages are greyed out. Can any please advise a solution on how to
import all my messages and address book into entoutrage or mail. I'm on
mac 10.3(panther)

I copied my outlook express file onto my mac desktop - could this be
the problem?
