How do you import / synchronize contacts from Lotus notes into ou.

I have installed connector which appears to do a good job of synchronizing
outlook with Lotus notes from our notes server however personal contacts are
stored on my laptop and I have been unable to find a way to synchronize or at
a minimum import into outlook.
