Mark,
Ideally this application should have been installed prior to Office 2003,
but should install without a problem if you have Windows XP sp1 or earlier.
You will be prompted by Office update to apply service packs, etc... to
PhotoDraw the next time you go for updates. You can either apply or not. I
run this combo on a system and have had no problems.
