how do you make quizzes with timers on them?

I am making website for a school project well all of the class have to make a
personal website and mine is a bout a game I made up and I need a to know how
to make a quiz because I made up game secrets and I need a quiz for people to
take in order to get to those secrets and I can't publicly put those secrets
on my website because all our websites go on the school website and the
principle won't like the content of the secrets well I don't know for sure
but that's why I need a quiz so their not public I need this quiz to have a
timer on each question and the questions are almost impossible to answer but
they can be solve with much difficulty so I need a timer sotthey don't stand
a chance at

This all for fun exept the website is going to get graded

Unless you are well-versed in server-side web application programming, since
you are going to get graded for this, set your sights a little lower. Create
a static web site, and do a good job on it. And you might want to employ a
little punctuation in the future.
