How do you migrate Outlook 2002 .PST files to Entourage X?

I'm in the process of migrating from PC to Mac and would like to find
a way to move several GB's of .PST files from Outlook 2002 under XP
Pro to Entourage X under Mac OSX (10.3).

Paul Berkowitz's "Export-Import Entourage" script set ($20) allows you to
export tasks, notes, contacts, and calendar events from Outlook in a format
that Entourage can understand. Download a copy of Export-Import Entourage
and check out the Read Me (free) to learn whether this product might be what

The easiest way to transfer mail is to use an IMAP server. That and other
