How do you modify the standard outlook New Message

I have read alot of messages contained within New Users. Very Helpful -
however, could you send a simple Idiot's Guide, please.

I have attempted to create a "Normal" template for Outlook as per OUtlook
help instructions - but I've obviously done something wrong as it doesn't
work!

What are you trying to achieve and with what version of Outlook? "Why?" is
sometimes helpful as well because there are often several ways to achieve te
same ;-)
