The Entourage Address Book lets you add contacts and delete them. FIne.
But what about those names that you enter into an outgoing email's
address line once, that is then captured to some (?) hidden contact
list somewhere that I can't find, or erase. Where is it, and how do you
remove those names? It also seems to "capture" incoming email sender's
names, even if they are mistakes or you don't want them. Then when you
start to fill in an address in a new email, it automatically pulls from
that wrong list, along with the "managed" Address Book list.
Where is thi hidden or global list hiding, how do I erase bad names
from it (since they don't show up in the real Address List), how do I
read it, and can I turn this automatic capture off?
This is driving me nuts!
